Return Policy – Island Passion
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as novelty, discounted, or used toys)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Defective Product Policy
At Island Passion, we prioritize quality and your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to assist you. Our defective product policy allows for exchanges within 6 months from the date of purchase.
To qualify as defective, the item must exhibit a manufacturing defect or malfunction that affects its performance.
Important Notes:
- Proof of purchase is required for all defective product claims.
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are not issued for defective items—instead, we will arrange for an exchange to ensure you receive a functioning product.
